Overview
Car buyers in the UAE research online but buy from whoever responds fastest. All Cars 365 set out to aggregate hundreds of dealerships into one trustworthy marketplace — and to make every dealer's stock as easy to buy as a listing on a global site.
I built the platform end to end: a public storefront, self-serve dealer onboarding, a listing manager and a lead-routing engine that gets enquiries to the right dealer instantly.
The challenge
Multi-dealer marketplaces are a trust and logistics problem as much as a software one. Dealer stock changes daily, buyers expect instant answers, and nobody wants to manage it through phone calls.
- Hundreds of dealers with inconsistent listing formats and photos.
- Buyer enquiries lost in inboxes, with no assignment or tracking.
- Stock going stale — sold cars still showing as available.
- Bilingual (Arabic/English) buyers on mobile-first devices.
- Finance and insurance enquiries needing their own flow.
What I built
The platform separates the public experience from the dealer tooling, connected by a fast listing and lead layer.
- Public storefront: faceted search by make, model, year, price, mileage and emirate.
- Dealer portal: self-serve onboarding, bulk listing upload and photo management.
- Lead routing: every enquiry captured, assigned and tracked with status.
- Stock freshness: automatic expiry and re-confirmation prompts to keep listings honest.
- Finance & insurance: dedicated enquiry flows with document checklists.
“Dealers stopped calling us to ask about leads — they can see every one in their dashboard.”

Within the first months, the marketplace became the primary channel for its dealer network.
